Mobile Medical Frequently Asked Questions
Your Concierge Medical Provider FAQ
We accept most forms of payment – all debit/cards, cash, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal & HSA cards. If requested, a superbill can be created for you to send to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
No, we are able to provide the highest quality of care while still saving our patients money whether they have insurance or not. The insurance companies have cared more about profit than patient health and continue to dictate your care by allowing only a small window of services that they cover under your plan. That is why Total Mobile Medical is proud to say we do not accept insurance, which allows you to get the quality of care you need at a far more affordable price. In most cases we can actually save you money. When requested, we can still provide a “superbill” for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Absolutely not. Our goal is to provide quality mobile care with convenience and affordability. Fees are never added on top of services. Whether it’s for low testosterone or erectile dysfunction, Botox or weight loss, our provider will go over the costs related to the services. It is your choice on how you want to pay and what you are willing to pay for. No surprise medical bills! You always know what you are paying for, no copays, no coinsurance or deductibles.
If you have a medical condition, our provider can send a prescription electronically to your pharmacy or have it delivered to your home.
We can draw your blood at your initial appointment. We can also order labs through your insurance to be drawn at a local lab.
You may have low testosterone if you have decreased sex drive, soft erections, loss of muscle mass and feel tired or foggy. We can confirm this with a simple blood test.
